ORDERING PROCEDURES

At this time we do not support online ordering.  We sell so many custom and unique items that we prefer to handle your order personally.

You may place an order in one of the following ways:

1.  Call our toll free order line.  This line is normally staffed Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Eastern standard time.  Call 1-800-942-9411.

2. In the event we are temporarily out of the office, or you call "after hours", you may leave your order information on our answering machine. -or- just leave your name and number.  We'll call you back as promptly as possible to complete your order.

3. You may e-mail us the order at psstumpf@aol.com .  E-mail the catalog number, description, and quantities of items. Provide your name and shipping information, and a daytime phone number.  A sales rep will call you back as promptly as possible to finalize your order and payment method.

4. You may send us your order by US Mail.  Send to:  Stumpf Balloons  2926 Weston-Andover Rd.  Andover, VT  05143

5. You may fax in your order to: 1-800-942-9411.  Fax is active 24/7

SHIPPING

We normally use United Parcel Service for shipping.  You may choose normal Ground service, or upgrade to 3-Day, 2-Day, or Next Day Air for an additional charge.  Some small, low cost items may be shipped via Priority Mail.

PAYMENT

Now accepting PayPal 

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit cards.

You may also mail in your order with a payment by check. 

We DO NOT accept Purchase Orders or ship any orders COD. 

We DO NOT accept orders from outside the United States.

RETURNS

Most items may be returned for refund if they are in original packaging and in original unused condition.  Some custom made or custom ordered items may be NON RETURNABLE.  The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, unless Stumpf Balloons has made an error in the order.  Please call our toll free line to arrange returns.
