Description
OUR HEAT CABLES ARE THE SAFEST AVAILABLE.
These self-regulating cables are a one-size-fits-all product. They are NOT “heat tapes”, and do not contain a thermostat. Instead, output is regulated by electrical resistance within the cable itself. This eliminates potentially hazardous “hot spots” that can occur when old style heat tapes come in contact or close proximity to themselves. Our cables come equipped with a replaceable fused plug for additional safety. Handy indicator light on the plug shows when the cable is active.
The tank propane pressure attainable is in the 120 to 180 psi range, depending on several variables. Properly grounded electrical supply outlet must be used. Full instructions are included. Instruction LINK to a VIDEO
